"NOT BRITISH."

" MADE IN GERMANY." By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, January 19. Justice Moulton and Grantham, Sir William Hall-Jones and others discussed, under the auspices of the Imperial Industries Club, the problem of an Empire trade-mark. Sir George Reid remarked' that the words, "Made in Germany" had done good to German merchandise, and were regarded as a compliment to Germany, whereas had the law demanded the inscription of the two words, "Not British," it would have made all the difference in the world. (Cheers.)
