ANTI-DUELLING MOVEMENT
A GOVERNMENT SCHEME. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Lisbon, January 19. The Government has established a Court of Honor for settling disputes tending to duels. Persons found guilty of duelling will be fined from £lO to £•200, which will be devoted to charity. The court has power to order a month's imprisonment in a fortress, or even exile.
