WOMAN ON MURDER CHARGE

The accused, who was eight years older than her husband, declares that the latter maltreated her. Medical experts attach importance to marital relations as bearing upon the charge. Evidence was heard in camera.
The jealous wife of Dr. Herberich, headmaster of the Nuremberg Girls' High School, shot her 'husband dead and attempted suicide, said a cablegram of April 2.9 last. She was a suffragette, and frequently quarrelLed with him over female suffrage.
