MR. HOGG'S DESIRES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Masterton, Last Night. Mr. A. W. Hogg, M.P., addressed a large meeting in the town hall this evening, lie traversed the legislation of the past session at great length, severely criticising the defence proposals, borrowing and administration. He stated thai the time had arrived for a new party to be formed, which would be progressive, and there was the nucleus of that party, in the House now. A vote of thanks was passed.
