THE FEDERAL REFERENDA. Received 5, 12.20 a.m. Sydney, January 4. Mr. McGowen, the Premier, has stated, regarding the Federal referenda, that it has been decided not to take collective action, but that each minister and member of the party should vote as he pleases.
