ALLEGED INSANITY OF TESTATOR. By Telegraph.—Preee Association. Wellington, Last Night.

The hearing was commenced in the Supreme Court yesterday of the case in which four brothers named Hill proceeded against Oswald Beere, a solicitor, the executor of the will of the late Herbert Hill, pipe manufacturer, of Wellington. The plaintiffs allege that the deceased was insane when the will was executed, and had been unduly influenced by relatives residing with liim. The amount involved is between £14,000 and £15,000. The hearing will be continued tomorrow.
