Underwriters are unable to explain the report that the English Association has decided to charge extra insurance on vessels in the Australian and New Zealand refrigerating trade owing to legislation of the State. The increase is probably owing to the lack of suitable legislation, they desiring an Act providing for better supervision of the handling of meat.
