Mr. Alec. Robertson, of PalmerstoH North, has been transferred to the New Plymouth telegraph department, in succession to Mr. D. Mulvey.
Mr. and Mra. Felix McGuire, Mr. Harold Thomson, and the Rev. and Mra. Reeve were amongst the passengers for Aucgland last night per s.B. Rarawa. The Rev. Father Charles Graham, S.M., M.A., at present Professor of Mathematics at St. Patrick's College?, Wellington, has been, appointed rector of "the Catholic High School which is td be established by the Marist Fathers in Christchurch about the beginning of next year, says a Wellington Press telegram. Father Graham, who is about 30 year# of age, was born in Christchurch, and. educated at St. Patrick's College, Wellington, and St. Mary's Scholastic,.
