WANGANUI SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, Tuesday. The Supreme Court civil sittings commenced this morning before the Chiet Justice, when the case Geo. Hutchinson v. Hugh Muldroek was heard and judgment reserved. The claim is for the forfeiture of the lease of three sections of land at.Patea.
