SHOP BURNED AT HAWERA.

The stock waa I insured in the Norwich Union office for J £SOO, but the building was uninsured. i]
NARROW ESCAPE.
Auckland, Monday. The Taupiri Hotel, owned by Mrs; Lovell, and leased to H. H. Bennett, was burned to the ground early this morning. The occupants escaped/ just in time. Nothing was saved.
