THE MOTORIST PAYS.

By Telegrnph.-JPress Association. Christchurch, Last Night. At the Magistrate's Court this morning G. A. Moody claimed' £B2 8s 6d from Dexter and Crozier as damages for injuries to a cab and horse in collision with a motor-car on the Riccarton Road. After hearing evidence, the Magistrate said that he would allow £4O for the horse and £2O for other damages. Judgment was for plaintiff for £6O and costs.
