Best, cycle dealer, was gutted by tire. Hie only thing saved was a motor bicycle. There were half a dozen stags heads belonging to iosal .sportsmen in the window, and all were lost. Mr. Best is a heavyloser, having only £IOO insurance on the stock in" the ' Royal Oftiec. _ The building was insured for £4OO in the Royal Ofiice.
