TWO NEGROES HANGED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 7, 9.15 p.m. New Ybrlc, December 7. When arrested on a.seharge of robbery, two negroes were forcibly taken from the sheriff's custody at Monroville, Alabama, and hanged to a tree by a mob.
