Received 6, 11.59 p.m. Melbourne, Last Night, •■ In the action brought by Senator Barker against the proprietors of the Melbourne Argus, claiming £SOOO damages for alleged libel in connection with the plaintiff and the Labor Party, a majority verdict was given for the defendants.
