The wreck of the schooner Harriet Constance, which has been missing three years, 'has been found' 'at Stewart Island, on the north-west coast. She left Fortescue for Cossack early in 1907 in charge of Captain Anderson, and had not since been reported. • : THE PAPANUI INCIDENT. Melbourne, December, st. The steamer Papanui has been granted clearance for Nagasaki on the passport of the Nicaraguan Consul, who states that he received satisfactory reports from two firms of engineers. Steam was got up and preparations made to sail with the Philippine crew at midnight, but the Marine Board notified pilots that they were not to navigate the vessel, which is still in port. BODIES FOUND. Perth, December 5. The bodies of two men 'have been found on the beach near Perth. They have not been identified. It is supposed "death was due to poisoning. They have evidently been dead for months. THE CORONATION. Melbourne. December 5.
