AN IMPORTANT DECISION. By Telegraph.^—Press Association. Christchurch, Lasit Night. Ire the Supreme Court to-day. Mr, Justice Sim delivered judgment in the case of Joseph Albert McGrath, sub-in-spector of police v. the Minister of Internal Affairs, as the chairman of the Public Service Superannuati6n Board. The action was a test case to determine the position of a large number of contributors to the public service superannuation funds, who have had periods of broken service. The effect of the judgment was that such members of the fund, provided that their contributions had been made in full, aTe entitled to the full benefits of the Act. •
