A LETTER-CARRIER'S LAPSE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A young man named Cecil Stanley Chaplin, who had been employed as a letter-carrier, pleaded guilty at the Magistrate's Court to-day to a charge of unlawfully detaining various postal packages, letters, postcards and newspapers. Chaplin was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
