RIOTING RESUMED AT PUEBLA. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Mexico, November 21. Swarms of pillagers at l'uebla were driven bade l>v the mounted police. The insurrection planned for Sunday in the capital failed to materialise. No unusual incident occurred and no further trouble is anticipated. Riots continue on the Mexican border. The regulars mowed down the rebels at Zacatecas. ENLISTING SERVICES OF INDIANS. Received 22, 10.30 p.m. New York, November 22. Mexicans are enlisting hostile Yaque Indians to aid in the insurrection against the Government. United States troops will be despatched to the order of Texas in the event of invasion. INSULTING AMERICAN WOMEN. I STRAINED RELATIONS. Received 22, 10.30 p.m. New York, November 21, All American women have been ordered to keep off the streets in Chihuahua, Mexico, to save themselves from the insults of the Mexicans. Americans are leaving for home, and the situation is strained.
A MORE SERIOUS ASPECT. TELEGRAPHIC COMMUNICATION CUT OFF. Received 22, 10.30 p.m. New York, November 21. Gomez Palacio, with 7000 inhabitants, were overpowered by the insurgents at Mexico City, and telegraph communication w is cut off. It is reported that riots have been resumed at Puebla, and thirty were killed. The Associated 'Press leased the wire from Laredo to Monterey and Mexico City, but it was commandeered by the Mexican Government on the plea of military urgency. Riots are reported at Zacatecas, and also at Torreon.
