An influential home committee of the Universities of Empire Congress has'been formed. The Congress meets in the first week in July, 1912. The overseas universities are invited to send, early in 1911, suggestions regarding the provisional agenda, including university organisations, the universities' relations (1) to teachers and undergraduates,, ; (2j ito post graduates', and research work, (3) to schools and other agencies of higher education. The leading British universities will invite the members of the Congress to pay a visit to the universities.
