Received 20, 5.5 p.m. San Francisco, November 19. Madero, a former candidate for the Presidency, states that a revolution in Mexico is inevitable, while arms, money and ammunition are available. TROOPS ORDERED OUT. Reecived 20, 5.5 p.m. Mexico, November 19. At a political meeting directed against President Diaz, a woman shot the chief of police. A bomb explosion killed a dozen people, and the troops were ordered out. TRANQUILITY RESTORED. Received 20, 5.5. p.m. New York, November 19. Marathon reports that the Mexicans have not appeared, and tranquility has been restored. A hundred were killed in riots amongst the Pueblos and Indians.
