The South African Estimates amount to £13,802,315 ten months ending March 31, an increase of £500,556 over those of the four colonies. The contribution to the Imperial Navy is £ 86,600. THE DOMINION REPRESENTATIVES, Received 20, 5.5 p.m. Mafeking, November 19. Messrs Fisher and Fowlds made a brief stay here yesterday morning, and were welcomed by the Resident Commissioner. Messrs. Fisher and Fowlds have arriveiFat Johannesburg. They were welcomed by the Mayor, the Chief Magistrate, public bodies and a number of Australians and New Zealanders. Mr. Fowlds renewed many old friendships. In the evening they were banquetted at the Carlton Club by the South African Labor Party in conjunction with the Union Club, Caledonian Club and local Australians and New Zealanders.
