THE BULLFINCH RAILWAY. Perth, November 19. The Assembly passed the Bullfinch Railway Bill. It is expected that the line will be completed in three months. THE NAVIGATION BILL. Meybourne. November 10. In the Senate the Navigation Bill was held over till next session.
