In the Assembly the vote of censure debate -was adjourned till Tuesday. It is expected to conclude at the end of the week. QUEENSLAND RAILWAY SCHEMES. Brisbane, November 19. The financing of railway schemes before the Assemblv has been discussed by Cabinet. Mr.Kidston stated that if Parliament adopted the schemes it must also give authority to raise £0,000,000. THE BULLFINCH RAILWAY. Perth, November 19. The Assembly passed the Bullfinch Railway Bill. It is expected that the line will be completed in three months. THE NAVIGATION BILL. Meybourne. November 10. In the Senate the Navigation Bill was held over till next session.
