ENCOURAGING THE CADETS
LORD ROBERTS' NEW SCHEME. By Cable— Association—CopyrightLondon, November 17. Lord Roberts, on behalf of the Imperial Cadet Association, has invited 24 Commonwealth cadets to visit England next year. Twelve of the number must be juniors, who will be eligible for the Roberts Imperial Competition. A similar number will be invited from New Zealand, Canada, and South Africa. Twenty-four English cadets will leave on a world's tour in August, probably accompanying the returning colonials.
