MISSING BALLOONS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Berlin, November 15. Of nine balloons leaving Essen one manned by two officers is missing, and it is feared it has fallen into the North Sea. AN AERONAUT AT MELBOURNE. Melbourne, November 16. Cugnet, the visiting French aeronaut, flew six miles in seven minutes, an Australian record for the distance.
