A TALL ORDER. Received 15. 9.20 p.m. Melbourne, November 15. The six artisans who were sent from the Government dockyards to assist in building the Australian cruisers and destroyers have returned. They speak highly of the treatment thev received and told an interviewer that they were confident that if the Commonwealth could
