London, November 11. The Premier received an influential deputation in connection with the Osborne case. He declined to make a declaration of policy but promised to lay the facts before the Cabinet, lie suggested that the question regarding what facilities would be given the Labor Party to bring forward a Rill should be deferred till Tuesday. The whole tendency of politics, he said, during the last decade has accentuated the necessity of dealing with the payment of members without delay.
