WELL RECEIVED ON LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE. By liable—Presa Association —Copyright. Received 14, 12.10 a.m. London, November 13. The New Zealand loan prospectus is issued. It invites subscriptions for 3% per cent, convertible d,eventures, repayable at par on December 31, 1914. Preference will be given to applicants undertaking to convert the allotments when fully paid into inscribed stock, and those converting before December 1 will receive six months' interest on January 1. The terma of conversion till December 31, 1913, are £lO2 worth of 3'/ 2 per cent, stock for £IOO worth of debentures. One million two t hundred and fifty thousand pounds of the issue is required to pay for the Dreadnought. The loan was well received on the Stock Exchange, and is quoted nominally at % per cent, premium. It is calculated the bonds will yield 82s per cent.
