T. A. Grace wrote, with reference to the proposed tour. next season of old scholars of Te Aute College in New' South Wales. He suggested that the team should consist of about twenty two players, and the tour would extern over four weeks. If there was any profit from the tour it would be given to the Te Aute College Association for charity in aid of the Hiikarere Maori Girls' School recently destroyed by fire. —lt was decided that the Union could not approve of the proposed tour at this juncture, considering the time inopportune.
