THE HOPE OF THE MUSSULMAN. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 3, 8.55 p.m. London, November 3. At a meeting, of the Mohammedans in London the chairman stated that a Mussulman world, through the partition of Persia, was going to be effected. Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, M.P., as a Britisher, said he bowed his head in shame at what had happened. He hoped that Earl Grey was not going to allow Britain's name to be dragged behind Russian bureaucracy as an asset of Russia's Asiatic policy.
