TOO MUCH UNIONISM. By Cable.—Press Association^—Copyright. •London, October 31. The Congress of the Free Labor Association, representing 168,000 men, passed a resolution in favor of repealing the Trades Disputes Act and declaring that they had no confidence in the Labor Department, the Board of Trad*, or the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, owing to their connection with trades unionists.
