It is stated, from Turkish sources in Berlin, that Turkey is desirous of raising a loan of fifteen millions in three annual instalments to meet deficits in the nekt two years, and thereafter till the Budgetary equilibrium is restored. THE PORTE'S -REPUDIATION. Received 26, 10.45 a.m. London, October 25. A Home paper states that the action of the Porte, in repudiating its own financial representative in Paris, who had agreed to the French terms, gives fresh proof of the unwise and indiscreet influences that are becoming dominant in Turkey.
