WELLINGTON LOANS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The City Council to-night approved of the action of the Mayor in arranging with the A.M.P. Society for the £IOO,OOO loan for the waterwards, and £309,000 for the Wadestown tramway. Each loan has a currency of five years, and the rate of interest is 4 per cent.
