A conference of employers and men came to a unanimous agreement, ending the shipbuilding and boilermakers' lockout. THE TYNESIDE TROUBLE. Received 12, 10.55 pan. London, October 12. The ballot of the boilermakers, returnable on Saturday, is expected to eonfirm the agreement, thus enabling the resumption of work on Monday. Great satisfaction is everywhere evinced on the Tyne and Clyde at the prospect of resuming work. LIVERPOOL PORTERS. Received 13, 12.5 p.m. London, October 12. Porters' wages at Liverpool have been increased one shilling a day and the strike is ended.
