' DECLARING NOXIOUS WEEDS. pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special 'Meeting of -the St. Aubyin Town Board, held at the Board's Office, Br.ougiham Street, New Plymouth, on September 21,, 1010, the undermentioned resolution was passed, and which ■will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of ithe Board to be held in the Board's Office, Brougham Street, New Plymouth, on October 19, 1910, at 7.30 p.m., and intended to operate as a Special Order, viz.,— In exercise of the powers conferred on it iby "The Noxious Weeds Act, 1908," the St. Aubyn Town Board hereby resolves and declares, by way of Special Order, .that tlhe plants mentioned hereto being plants mentioned in the tihird schedule to the said Act, as extended from time to time iby the Governor-m-Couneil, are Noxious Weeds within the St. Aubyn Town District:— Gorse, Ragwort, Otx-eye Daisy, Pennyroyal, Broom.
