CHARGE OF ARSON! ~- By Telegraph.—Press Association. I Dunedin, Last Night. At the Police Court to-day a youth named Tapp was charged with arson a£ Ravensborne. After hearing evidence, . the 'Magistrate dismissed the case. TIMARU PUBLIC LIBRARY. # Timaru, Last Night. Seventy-five applications were received from far and near for the position of librarian to the Public Library. The Borougth Council selected for the appointment the Rev. J. H. G.
