PASSIVE RESISTERS FINED. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright. Capetown, October 10. A son of Ghandi, the Indian lawyer, and 37 recently arrived Indians not possessed of registration certificates, were before the Court for a breach of the regulations. Ghandi and eight others were fined £SO each or three months' imprisonment. The rest were fined £25 or six weeks' imprisonment.
