COMPANY TO RECONSTRUCT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A meeting of the Ross Goklfields, Ltd., was held to-day. There were 26 shareholders present. Resolutions providing that the company be wound up with a view to reconstruction were confirmed. Mr. H. D. Yickery's appointment a3 liquidator was confirmed and his remuneration fixed at £l5O. The opinion was freely expressed that as the liquidation would take some months the expenditure necessary to keep the mine clear of water was quite unjustifiable, as the electrical engineer reported that little damage would result from the mine being full of water.
