Both sides are spending money freely and leaving no stone unturned to secure a victory. Amongst the army of workers New Zealand is represented in both camps. The Dominion's no-license brigade is particularly strong. The newspapers have opened their columns freely to the contending parties and the thickest fight wages round New Zealand no-license statistics, each side claiming to prove its case thereby. In some electorates the question whether to remain wet or drv completelv overshadows the political issues.
