The London Express represenative interviewed Mr. Redmond at New York and declared that the Nationalists' demand for Home Rule does not mean that they want to break up the Empire but desire to strengthen the Imperial bonds through the federal system. Ireland was willing to forego her own tariff and share the cost of the Army and Navy.
