ON " FOOL" EXPENDITURE. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received October 4, 12.10 a.m. London, October 3. Mr. Keir Hardae, M.P., at Dunberton, said both Liberals and Tories defended " fool" expenditure on the navy, their plea being that such expenditure was necessary to defend the Empire. He was of opinion that Australia, New Zealand, Australia and Siouth Africa could take care of themselves. India and Egypt were the real causes of trouble. Keir Hardae hoped the boilermakers woiild stand firm at any cost against am attempt to impose conditions derogatory to their manhoodi
