A corresponded of the New York World interviews I Cook, the Arctic explorer, who has been living in London disguised since May. He has visited Toronto, Gibraltar, Buenos Ayres, and heard Peary lecture at the Albert Hall. His identity was undiscovered. He intends fighting for his own at the proper time and place.
