A FENIAN PLOT
TO KIDNAP THE PRINCE OF WALES. By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright London, September 29. The Daily News states that Denver, formerly a prominent Fenian, has published a book wherein he reveals the fact that McCafferty, a few years after leaving Millbank Prison, suggested kidnapping ttoe Prince of Wales and holding him as a hostage at sea until the Fenians were released. It was intended that he should be treated with the utmost consideration and enjoy amusements aboard the sihip. The project did not go beyond the idea.
