Hamilton, curator of the-Do-minion Museum, has just returned to Napier from Pohtri, where he went to examine moa (bones found in a cave oa Mr. G. P, Donnelly's Man|gahororo property by a rabbiter, whose'dogs chased a rabbit unto a place where skeletons of two moas of a kind known m the anomolopteryx, were discovecjed. One is complete bat for the absence of toe small bones of one toe. The otter is not so perfect*
