Mr. Gerald Fieanes, in an article in the Daily Graphic referring to the ComnDomwealth destroyers, says" tie first ships of the Imperial Navy en route to their station is an event that attracted little attention, but is an epoch making event. [Mr. Fiennes condemns the small Canadian cruisers as valueless to Canada and the Empire.
