In view of the success of aeroplanes in France, Germany has decided to create an aeroplane fleet in place of acquiring more Zeppelins. AIRMAN SERIOUSLY INJURED. Received September 22, 8.50 p.m. September 22. While, aeroplaning at the Folkestone meeting, the machine of Barnes, one of the competitors, turned a somersault. Barnes' skull was fractured, and he lies in a Critical condition.
