' "SHINING ARMOR AT A GRAVE MOMENT." By Cable-Press Association.—Copyright Received September 22, 9.50 p.m. Vienna, September 22. The Kaiser was received with imposing ceremony at Vienna and Rathaus. At the latter place he thanked the municipality for naming part of a park after himself, adding: ''ln your resolve I read agreement with the action of your ally in taking a stand in shining its armor at a grave moment beside your gracious sovereign. This was an injunction alike of duty and friendship. The Alliance has, for the weal of the whole world, passed into and pervaded as an imponderable element the convictions and life of both our peoples."
