VICTORIAN RAILWAY ACCIDENTS
SPREAD RAM. By Gable. —Press Association.—Copyright Melbourne, September 20. Another case of spread rails has been discovered near Ballarat. The train was delayed while repairs were effected. The opinion was expressed that the double-headed trains used are straining and damaging the rolling stock and permanent way.
