TURKEY AND ROUMANIA.
PROTECTION TREATY. By Cable.—Frees Association.—Copyright Paris, September 16. Le Matin announces a treaty yhereby Turkey has assured Roumania of its support in the event of attack by Bulgaria. It is stated that Austria and Germany inspired the Turkish-Roumanian treaty.
