On Tuesday morning, 20 th inst., at 9 o'clock, Ambury's make their first display of spring fashions. Thirteen separate consignments on three big steamers should give the public such an assortment of wearing apparel that the most fastidious lady or. gent should be easily pleased. Their London buyers have been fortunte in procuring from the best English and Continental manufacturers splenid ranges at lowest priccst of choicest goods in every department. Arrangements are well in hand for St. Joseph's euchre party and dance, which is to be held' in the Rolland Hall on Monday evening, 10 th inst. The prizes for the euchre tournament consist of: Ladies, Ist, handsome silver plated cruet; 2nd, silver belt; 3rd, photo, frame. Gents, Ist, Bengal razor, with Torrv strop; 2nd, silver-mounted cigarette holder; 3rd, a pigskin purse. The prizes are now on vieW in J. Bennett's window, Devon street. The ladies' committee will provide refreshments, after which a dance will be held.
