The Times' Johannesburg correspondent states that General Botha's Government is assured of a greater or lesser majority. Both sides disclaim the idea of extending the Cape native franchise to the northern provinces of Cape Colony. The South African Government is issuing 2%d postage stamps with King George's head, wearing the Imperial Crown. There are shields in the corners, representing the union of the races and territories.
